About Me

Hello, I'm Hannah Bergin, a CORU Registered Occupational Therapist.

Originally from Galway, I graduated from the University of Galway with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy. I now live in Tipperary, where I provide private Occupational Therapy services across the Mid-West region.

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life filled with independence, confidence and purpose, regardless of age, illness or injury. I am passionate about making Occupational Therapy accessible and meaningful.

Throughout my career, I have worked across acute hospital services, community services, and specialist neurorehabilitation, supporting adults with a wide range of neurological conditions.

My aim is to empower people to overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve goals that enhance their independence and quality of life.

Occupational Therapy Services

  • Home assessments to identify adaptations that support safety, accessibility and independence. Assessments can support applications for the Housing Adaptation Grant (HAG) and include clear, individualised recommendations based on your functional needs and home environment.

  • Individualised Occupational Therapy assessment and rehabilitation for people experiencing changes in memory, attention, processing speed, planning and other cognitive skills. Practical strategies are developed to support everyday activities, work, independence and participation in daily life.

  • Individualised Occupational Therapy assessment and rehabilitation for adults living with neurological conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, acquired brain injury and Parkinson’s disease. Support focuses on improving independence and participation in everyday life through practical strategies tailored to each person’s goals, abilities and environment.

  • Individualised Occupational Therapy support for people experiencing persistent fatigue that impacts everyday life. Sessions focus on understanding fatigue patterns and developing practical strategies for energy conservation, pacing, planning and prioritising activities, with the aim of supporting participation, independence and quality of life.
